Commissioner comments only are being requested on IMLC Bylaws Article III and Article VII.
Public comments are being requested on IMLC Rule Chapter 3, Chapter 4 and Chapter 6.

IMLC Bylaws, Article III

The comment period ended. Two comments were received. A copy of the comments are below:

The Rules and Administrative Procedures Committee, at a re-scheduled regular meeting, approved a motion that the rulemaking process should be initiated, comments gathered from commissioners only on the proposed changes to the Bylaws and instructed the executive director to publish the proposed changes.
It is the intention of the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Commission to hold a rulemaking hearing with the purpose of amending IMLC Bylaws, Article III at its November 14, 2023 meeting.
Comments on the proposed changes are being solicited from IMLC Commissioners only at this time. An opportunity for public comments will be made available as part of the rulemaking hearing process.
